In case of objections we assure to use independent agents only. In case of objections related to the certification body, the committee for safeguarding impartiality will guarantee independent processing. In case the head of inspection or Notified Body was involved, its representative will take over all task related to the objection. In case the managing director was involved, the head of certification body will take over processing.
Complaints and objections will be treated confidential and will not discriminate the objector. The managing director evaluates together with the objector as well as customer in how far objection details and its solutions will be published.
