Your satisfaction is our concern. We take your queries or complaints very seriously. Your opinion helps us to improve our service. Please address your concerns to your contact person or anyone else of the Arsenal Team.

In case of objections we assure to use independent agents only. If necessary, the committee for safeguarding impartiality will guarantee independent processing.

Complaints and objections will be treated confidential and will not discriminate the objector. The managing director evaluates together with the objector as well as customer in how far objection details and its solutions will be published.
